Dikir barat is a popular source of entertainment for the Malay community in Singapore. It is traditionally a choral ensemble that is made up of different roles in the group such as the vocalists, chorus and percussionists. You'll be sure to love this cultural activity!

Participants will be briefed on the historical background of dikir barat. It will be an interactive session where participants are taught on the techniques of singing and movements. Definitely an enjoyable and unforgetable experience as particpants will create a short dikir barat performance at the end of the session.
